Adults meet between 9:00 and 9:45 am on Sunday mornings to study scripture, discuss theology, and grow in our walks with Christ. Past topics have included a study of Alexander Schmemann's For the Life of the World and C.S. Lewis' Mere Christianity.
Teens meet on Sundays between 9:00 and 9:45 am, often at local congregant's house.
Children 3-12 gather on Sundays from 9:00 to 9:45 am to learn about God through the hands on Godly Play curriculum.
Children ages 6 and under are invited to attend children's church during the worship service. Children will be dismissed during the Gloria and should be picked up during the Peace.
Each Thursday evening at 7:00 pm, women from the church gather at a local coffee shop, Common Grounds, to refresh themselves with conversation and caffeine.
Once a month, women from the church gather to discuss articles or books of interest. Meetings usually start at 7:00 pm and are hosted at a group member's house.
On Wednesday evenings at 7:30, all are welcome for Evening Prayer. Evening Prayer is structured to provide "a peaceful night, and a perfect end" to your day. Join the Traylors for a service filled with scripture and prayer to hear from the Lord and intercede for Light of Christ and the city of Kenosha. Prayer will start promptly at 7:30 and close promptly at 8:15.
