Light of Christ is blessed to have three types of leaders: the clergy, who oversee theology and liturgy; the vestry, who oversee resources such as prayer, fasting, facilities, and finances; and the staff, who oversee the ministry.

As rector, Fr. Eirik provides the main leadership at Light of Christ. A bi-vocational priest, Fr. Eirik guides the vestry as well as leading the Sunday morning liturgy and celebrating the Eucharist.
When he is not donning the robes or flying off on business trips, Eirik enjoys photography, fine fountain pens, and running by Lake Michigan. Fr. Eirik resides in Pleasant Prairie with his wife, Jeanne, and their 6 children.

As deacon, Jan serves as Fr. Eirik's right hand man. This partnership stretches all the way back to their college days, when they were President and Vice President of the freshman class at Wheaton College! Ordained to the diaconate in 2010, Jan provides leadership in the area of Christian formation as well as playing piano during the Sunday worship service.
Known for his trademark red socks (a tribute to the Nebraska Huskers), Jan lives across the street from the Kemper Center with his wife, Michelle, and their 4 children.
A professional violinist, Becca brings together Scripture, liturgy, music, and aesthetics to create an artistic expression of worship. Becca and her husband Steve live in Kenosha with their 3 children.
The Vestry consists of lay leaders elected by the congregation to provide resource leadership for the parish. Light of Christ is served by 6 vestry members, including a Senior Warden, a Junior Warden, and the Rector. The Vestry provides leadership in areas of prayer and fasting, finances, facilities, and rector support and encouragement.
